The UST vault charges a .1% fee for each flash loan, the proceeds are divided the same way arbitrage profits from the vault are divided: 20% to treasury 80% to the Vault depositors. Opening flash loans will not only be a pioneering step for the Terra blockchain, but will also provide an additional source of yield to both the UST vault and Treasury.
